At Aitken’s Saddlery, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable service. We are not a drop-shipping company and hold all stock in our Brisbane store, dispatching orders every weekday. For same-day dispatch, call us to arrange express shipping.

Shipping Charges:

• Standard Domestic: $18 flat rate.
• Express Domestic (under 3kg): $38 flat rate.

Same Day Shipping

Need it in a hurry? We now offer Same Day Delivery on online orders placed between 8am and 1pm, Monday to Saturday.

Available within a 50km radius, this service is perfect for those last-minute essentials—whether you’ve got a ride planned, a competition coming up, or just can’t wait.

Simply place your order within the delivery window and we’ll take care of the rest, getting your gear out to you the very same day.

Delivery Times:

• Metro: 2–5 business days.
• Regional: 5–7 business days.
• Remote: 7–14 business days.

Damaged Items:
If products arrive damaged, email sales@aitkenssaddlery.com within a week with your order number and photos. We’ll replace damaged items at no extra cost. For non-transit issues, see our returns policy.
