The Lipizzaner Mare is a part of the Collecta Range of horse toys which are made from the handmade sculptures of Deborah McDermont. Deborah is a sculptor living in Southern California. As a sculptor she observes the anatomy movement and expressions of the horses as well as their unique qualities that make each horse individual.
Lipizzan horses tend to mature slowly. However, they live and are active longer than many other breeds.
