Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Aitken’s Saddlery, we understand that circumstances can change.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist with cancellation requests before your order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow our Returns Policy.

Pre-Orders

For pre-order items, cancellations may be requested before the item has been received into our store or dispatched. Once a pre-order item has been processed for shipment, standard returns conditions apply.

Custom Orders & Special Orders

Custom-made items, specially ordered products, saddle orders, and items brought in specifically for a customer may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has commenced.
