At Aitken’s Saddlery, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping for our customers across Australia. We carefully pack every order to ensure your horse gear, riding apparel and country clothing arrives safely.

Order Processing Times

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

During busy periods, sales events, public holidays or when items are temporarily unavailable, processing times may be longer. If there are any delays with your order, our team will contact you.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using trusted delivery partners.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight and delivery location.

Some larger items, including saddles, bulky horse equipment and oversized packages, may require additional freight charges. If additional shipping costs are required, we will contact you before processing your order.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after your parcel has been collected.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Brisbane and surrounding areas: approximately 1–3 business days
  • Metro areas: approximately 2–7 business days
  • Regional and rural areas: approximately 3–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather events, peak periods or circumstances outside our control.

Authority to Leave

Some deliveries may be left in a safe location if authority to leave has been selected. Aitken’s Saddlery is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after being delivered according to your chosen delivery instructions.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from our store.

You will receive confirmation once your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this confirmation before visiting the store.

International Shipping

At this stage, we primarily service customers within Australia. Please contact us directly if you would like to enquire about international shipping options.
