Deborah is a sculptor living in Southern California. As a sculptor she observes the anatomy movement and expressions of the horses as well as their unique qualities that make each horse individual.

The Clydesdale was originally used for agriculture, hauling coal in Lanarkshire and heavy hauling in Glasgow.
